OUR PHYSICIANS
VCCM physicians specialize in Hematology (treatment of blood disorders) and/or Oncology (treatment of cancer). Each of our physicians, after the completion of medical school, continued with internship and residency training in Internal Medicine. Following this, they each completed fellowships in the area of hematology and/or oncology. Each physician is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

OUR NURSES
Our Oncology Nurses are an important part of your healthcare team. They have received specialized training and are knowledgeable regarding treatment regimens, side effects and they are proficient in chemotherapy administration. The Oncology nurse is aware of the needs and fears of both the patient and families and is comfortable discussing all aspects of care. They work closely with your physician in order to deliver optimal care and are in a key position to provide for the complex needs of our patients.

LABORATORY
Testing is done in our laboratory utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. Specially trained lab personnel perform the tests, and the results can usually be discussed with your physician during your visit.

PATIENT FINANCIAL SERVICES
We have insurance and reimbursement specialists on our staff that are available to you at any time to discuss reimbursement, payment plans or any other financial concerns that you may have.
